thru-FLO™ Pressure Transducer
Features No Internal Dead Volume
A low Profile thru-FLO™ pressure transducer, designed with a one-piece sensing element which has a true zero internal dead volume is being introduced by DJ Instruments of Billerica, Massachusetts.
The DJ Model DF2 thru-FLO™ Pressure Transducer features a proprietary sensing element with no internal cavities that eliminates the possibility of trapped particles or contaminants and no interruption to system flow. The sensing element has an internal volume of less than 12 milliliters. Designed for in-line installation, the Model DF2 transducer is offered with a variety of materials and non-metallic coatings in contact with the media, pressure port and electrical connections.
The Model DF2 series has circuit conditioning and amplification, temperature compensation and is packaged with excellent resistance to shock and vibration and provides excellent EMI protection. Pressure ranges starting from 0 to 500 up to 0 to 15,000 psig are available. Combined linearity and hysteresis is <0.25 % Full Scale (BSFL). Typical applications include High Performance Liquid Chromatography, pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical processing.
The DJ Model DF2 thru-FLO™ Pressure Transducer is added to the DJ line of thru-FLO™zero dead volume transducers and is priced according to special OEM customer requirements and quantity. Production quantities are immediately available. Literature and quotations are available upon request.

MINIATURE
PRESSURE SENSOR
A Miniature
Pressure Sensor designed for sensing applications that have
very limited space for the pressure sensing function is introduced
by DJ Instruments of Billerica, Massachusetts.
The DJ
Model SH Miniature Pressure Sensor features a one-piece Stainless
Steel or Titanium sensing element that is 0.725" in length
and has 0.575" OD. Pressure ranges from 0-500 to 0-10,000
psig are available with a number of pressure port and electrical
connection options. Designed to accommodate many OEM customer
application specific requirements.
Accurate
and rugged by design. Temperature compensated and with combined
accuracy of <0.25% of Full Scale (BSFL - Linearity, Hysteresis
and Repeatability). Typical applications include pressure
measurement of hydraulic fluid, seawater, wastewater, compressed
air and other gases and liquids.
The Model
SH Miniature Pressure Sensor is part of the DJ series of standard,
custom and customized pressure sensors and transducers that
are priced according to special OEM requirements and quantity.

PRESSURE SENSOR

new sanitary thru-FLOTM pressure sensor,
designed for in place cleaning that incorporates a one-piece
element which has true zero internal dead volume is being
introduced by DJ Instruments of Billerica, Massachusetts.
The
DJ Model SFT Sanitary thru-FLOTM
Pressure Sensor features a one-piece CP II titanium wetted
element with no internal cavities that eliminates the possibility
of trapped particles or contaminants. Designed for in-line
installation, the thru-FLOTM sensing element
is 3/8" I.D. with a 16 µinch finish, connections
are made using a standard 1" O.D. Tri-Clamp, fitting
and a sealed fine zero adjustment screw is easily accessible.
Fully
autoclavable, the DJ Model SFT Sanitary
thru-FLOTM Pressure Sensor has electronics
and a stainless steel housing that can withstand 500 G's of
shock. Pressure ranges of 0 to 50 up 0 to 500 psig or greater
are available and combined linearity and hysteresis is <0.25%
FS (BSFL). Typical applications include liquid chromatography,
pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech and food processing,
where frequent system flushing is required.
The
