DJ
will assist OEM designers in developing a sensor, transducer
or sensor system. Participation ranges from mounting an
engineered strain gage to designing and building a complete
sensor measurement and control system.

MOUNTED
STRAIN GAGE BRIDGE DJ will perform an FEA analysis
on a customer's component, engineer and mount a strain
gage bridge to maximize output.

SIGNAL
CONDITIONING DJ will design, layout and manufacture
the electronics to regulate, amplify, balance, calibrate,
temperature compensate or otherwise condition the output
of the sensor or transducer to fit the application.

READOUT/DISPLAY
DJ will provide a compatible digital readout in a
variety of customer specified configurations.

PACKAGING
DJ will design and provide a wide range of materials
for the wetted components of the device, the enclosure,
the mechanical and electrical connections.

TESTING
AND CALIBRATION An extensive background in precision
calibration instrumentation allows DJ to test and calibrate
transducer-related devices to the most demanding standards.
Developing
a cost effective, reliable sensor requires some specific design
expertise. DJ engineers have assisted a broad range of OEM engineers
with DESIGN-TO-FIT sensor systems.
Custom or customized design projects are most successful when
DJ is brought in at the concept phase of the project. At that
point DJ can best match the measurement system to the equipment
requirements.
