Manufacturing: Customized, Cost-Effective Production

DJ Instruments’ people engineer your solution while working closely with you. At the same time, they are also working closely with our manufacturing engineers to ensure design for manufacturability. Our production resources specialize in the electromechanical assemblies needed to produce the kind of sensor you want. It’s always custom-built to your specifications.

Much of our work, which involves ultrafine wire soldering and other intricate techniques, demands special aptitude and ability. Our craftspeople, most of whom bring years of experience to these tasks, focus uncommon knowledge and skill to create truly exceptional products.

Unique products take unique quality controls. Often our engineers and technicians must build custom testing equipment to evaluate the innovative prototypes we develop. Whenever applicable, these test devices are fully calibrated and certified using reference standards traceable to the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Naturally, each internally tested prototype must then pass a full checkout at your facility before we begin production.

Once you give the go-ahead, we’re expert at turning out production quantities at the lowest possible cost.

The entire manufacturing effort is backed by our just-in-time kanban and Lean Improvement programs to control cost, quality, and delivery. We then furnish ongoing technical support for the life of our product.
