FEATURES
The DJ Model PC-30 is a sensor element composed of a ceramic diaphragm on which a strain gage bridge and an adjacent thermistor are deposited by screen-printing. The thick film strain gages and thermistor are molecularly bonded to the ceramic diaphragm. This diaphragm is then pressed into a ceramic base via high temperature glass sealing to form the sensor capsule. The PC-30 series sensors are zero balanced and temperature compensated. The packaging options include circuit conditioning, connections, and pressure ports all configured to OEM specifications. Packaging materials include Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Plastic for low ranges.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
The thick film ceramic technology is particularity useful for those pressure sensing applications that require outstanding media compatibility with aggressive fluids or gases, very high dielectric isolation and long term stable performance.
