FEATURES
There are many manufacturers that produce standard load cells in a range of sizes, performance specifications and prices. Often an application requires a performance specification or size constraint not found in one of these standard products. DJ can design and manufacture load cells with unique specifications using either bonded foil, semi-conductor or thick film strain gage technologies.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Recent applications include a liquid waste bottle load cell in a medical application that requires moment insensitivity and a low profile, a ceramic beam that measured yarn tension on a textile machine, a beam that measured the force of a head on an automatic PCB insertion machine.
