FEATURES
The DJ Model MS-18-XXX is a sensor composed of a monolithic ceramic body on which a strain gage bridge and adjacent thermistor are deposited by screen-printing. The Thick Film strain gages and thermistor are molecularly bonded to the ceramic diaphragm. The one piece sensor construction is fully protected against humidity, moisture and corrosion of most chemical products. The ceramic diaphragm can be in direct contact with most aggressive media without damage. The Model MS is available in a low range version from 0-2 bar up to 0-20 bar and a high range of from 0-50 to 0-200 bar. The Model MS series sensors are only available with a gage reference. DJ can supply the sensor alone or provide a variety of packaging and circuit conditioning alternatives.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Well suited for those OEM applications that require high volume, low cost and high performance pressure sensors. Since the material in contact with the media is Al2O3 ceramic the sensor can be used with most very aggressive materials.
