FEATURES
The
DJ Model STZ-2 Strain Gage Bridge Simulator provides
precise signal outputs to test and calibration equipment
that operates with strain gage load cells or pressure
transducers. The STZ is configured with 6 output switch
steps; five equal steps are used to check instrument
linearity and the true zero output position used in
determining and checking zero drift. Output accuracy
of each step is ±0.05%. Certified data is provided
for each step. The standard STZ-2 unit is configured
with terminal strip. An optical cable with connector
is available. The STZ-2C, has an MS-3102A-14S-6P connector
in place of the terminal strip, useful for verifying
calibration at the end of cables.
TYPICAL
APPLICATIONS
The
DJ Model STZ-2 has long been an industry standard
to simulate a strain gage bridge in the development
of transducer systems as well as in conjunction with
instruments to test or calibrate transducers.
