DJ Instruments has developed a flexible process to ensure that the solution we engineer for you equals or exceeds your expectations.

First, we evaluate your unique torque, load, or pressure sensor application challenge. Our engineers will also want to discuss your specific business and technical constraints.

Success demands constant, open consultation. So at every step, we make sure you’re aware of relevant issues that develop as your project progresses.

Having agreed on a proposed solution, we begin building a prototype. At every point, it must map to your requirements for size, materials, robustness, and other variables. When it's completed, our internal testing verifies it conforms to your needs — and to our own high standards.

We deliver the prototype. Then work with your staff as required to assist your own testing.

Once you accept the prototype, we proceed as requested to full production. In this step, too, we ensure our offering meets your parameters for price and delivery.
