One of the best recent examples of DJ Instruments’ design innovation was the development of a wireless torque sensing device for a bicycle wheel manufacturer. In this application the team designed a custom foil strain gage to enable the torque sensing to occur inside a wheel hub.

While e-mail can efficiently handle updates, phone calls or site visits with your design engineers or technical buyers are mandatory for grasping every complexity of your unique needs and parameters. Together, we work to shape the desired design.

Our engineers then collaborate with our manufacturing experts to create a prototype. After testing at DJ Instruments, this is delivered for further testing on your site.

Only after you declare all specifications satisfied do we move, where requested, into final and/or full-scale production.
